3. A copy of your SSCE (WAEC or NECO) results
4. A copy of your Birth certificate or Age declaration
5. And a copy of your acceptance payment print out
6. A copy of your Local Government Of Origin
7. Passport photograph
8. JAMB admission letter or JAMB original result whichever one you have
WHILE FOR THE HND STUDENTS YOU ARE TO COME ALONG WITH THE ORIGINAL COPY OF YOUR RESULT MENTIONED ABOVE... Plus your ND result and your IT LETTER...
