Note: 2016/2017 This slip may be required for interview, screening and clearance.Please secure all printout

Ensure you put all Printout, two(2) sets of Photocopies, of relevant credentials which should include Remita e-receipt, passport photos in a large envelope which will be submitted on the interview/screening day .Make copies for yourself as well.
Watch out for Newspaper and Radio announcements on the dates for screening.
Take particular note of your Application number on your form, as it will be used during the screening.
